Q. How much will it cost me to display my car at the Wednesday Car- Mart?
A. You pay a $22.00 fee on arrival for the day (incl. GST).

Q. What does the Wednesday Car- Mart provide?
A. We have available a comprehensive range of selling tools including;

• Vehicle Details Form for your drivers side rear window
• A ‘SALE’ price card for your front windscreen
• A marker for filling in details
• Adhesive for your windscreen information
• FAQ’s sheet
• Queensland Registration Transfer Form
• A general purpose receipt for the sale

Q.What do I need to bring?
A. You will need:

• current registration papers for the car/boat/bike/caravan/trailer etc.
• a current Safety Certificate from an approved inspection station
• proof of identity ( current driver’s license etc.)
• most of all you need the car/boat/bike/caravan/trailer etc.

Q. Do I need to stay with my vehicle?
A. Yes. As the seller and you will need to provide information and contact details to prospective purchasers, and you will need to do the deal.

Q. Do I need to book?
A. Booking is wise, but you can just turn up between 6.00-7.00am with all the required material. All cars, boats, caravans, trailers, motor bikes etc. must arrive between these times on Wednesday morning.

Q. When can I (or the purchaser) pick up the vehicle?
A. The market ends at 1.00pm and vehicles cannot be moved before this time. Sellers (and/or buyers) can collect their cars between 1.00pm and 4.00pm. Gates close at 5:00pm sharp.

Q. When I sell my vehicle; do I need to pay anything more to the Wednesday Car- Mart?
A. NO. You pay no Commission or any other hidden costs.

Q. Is the Wednesday Car- Mart for cars only?
A. No, owners can also sell caravans, trailers, campers, boats and boat trailers, motorcycles and any other items that require Vehicle Motor Registration.

Q. Am I buying the car from the Wednesday Car- Mart?
A. No. You are buying the vehicle from the person displaying the vehicle.

Q. What if I want to test-drive the car?
A. Vehicles cannot be moved from the display sites until 1:00 when the Car-Mart finishes. Test drives may be performed after this time. Vehicles must be removed by 4:00pm. Gates close at 5:00pm sharp.
